After the Shifting - Ongoing project. First comic volume near completion.

After the Shifting is a post-apocalyptic sci-fi project set in a world where the sun has drifted dangerously close to Earth, turning most of the planet into an unforgiving desert. Only a fraction of humanity survived.

The remaining population has split into two distinct groups:
Those who adapted to the harsh surface… and those who retreated into technology.

Deep within a structure known as “the Complex”, a technologically advanced but deeply altered faction sustains itself through artificial systems, bio-engineering and control over human life. They travel in massive, egg-shaped aerial vessels and rely on cultivated human “resources” to survive.

Above ground, scattered survivors navigate a world defined by heat, scarcity and constant exposure — developing their own rules, myths and ways of enduring.

Focus of the Project
This project explores:
- environmental extremes (heat, light, decay)
- contrasts between organic survival and artificial existence
- power systems, control and dependency
- visual storytelling through atmosphere and world design

Artistic Direction
The visual language combines:
- harsh, overexposed desert landscapes
- worn-down human settlements
- sterile, biomechanical interiors
- and unsettling, almost clinical technology

The goal is to create a world that feels both grounded and alien, with strong potential for narrative-driven games, visual development and transmedia storytelling.
